How It Works
Expressing interest in a faculty position through MassBSC will ensure that your CV will land on multiple desks at multiple schools. Here is how the process works:
- Interested candidates submit their materials to MassBSC
- MassBSC circulates the materials to all nine member schools
- Individual schools contact and interview candidates for available faculty positions at their respective schools
- MassBSC forwards the materials from candidates who do not meet current staffing needs at Collaborative schools to the larger pool of institutions (25+) that belong to the Commonwealth Compact Higher Education Collaborative.
